Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server health and network stability during night operations.

- Perform routine data entry, backups, and system updates.
- Conduct nightly security audits and vulnerability checks.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Coordinate shift handovers with morning support staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in IT support, customer service, or data entry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
