Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to clients via chat and phone during night shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Participate in nightly team meetings and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or IT help desk.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage during night shifts.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
