Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during evening shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Provide accurate technical troubleshooting and step-by-step guidance to internal and external clients.
- Resolve complex issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Document all customer interactions, solutions, and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service and share critical updates.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of software applications for new users.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends consistently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace (if working remotely).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
