Responsibilities
- Manage incoming support tickets and customer inquiries via phone and email during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical hardware and software issues.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college or university (Students Welcome!).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and reliably during evening hours.
- Experience in customer service or tech support is a plus but not required.
