Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting via chat, phone, and email during evening hours.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Process incoming requests and maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entries.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless transitions and operational continuity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company safety and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, nights, and weekends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
