Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely receive and process incoming merchandise and materials.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts and maintain inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure packaging meets standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail stocking experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
