Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming inquiries via email and chat channels during night hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of digital records with a focus on confidentiality.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- troubleshoot common technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all outgoing communications and documentation.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6 PM – 2 AM).
- Proven experience in customer service or data entry is a plus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory for remote positions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
