The Role:
As a Part-Time Night Shift Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service. You will work closely with our support teams to ensure seamless operations during off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during evening and weekend shifts.
- Resolve complex issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift managers to ensure continuity of service.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
- Assist in training and onboarding new part-time staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
