- Verify credentials and access for all personnel entering restricted areas
- Document incidents and maintain detailed security logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct perimeter checks and access control point operations
- Provide assistance to patients and staff during night hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Massachusetts Security Guard License
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during overnight shifts
- Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in surveillance systems and communication devices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
