- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and email during weekend night shifts (Sat-Sun, 10 PM-6 AM)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams during complex escalations
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction through empathetic communication
- Adhere to SLA metrics and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certification preferred (A+, CompTIA)
- 1+ years technical support experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Proficiency with Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and written communication skills
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) overnight shifts
