Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures during night shifts
- Administer medications and injections under physician supervision
- Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and basic lab tests
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Triage patient calls and provide after-hours clinical support
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Collaborate with night shift nursing staff for coordinated care
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in urgent care or hospital setting
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently during low-volume night shifts
- Strong attention to detail in documentation
- Flexible availability between 7 PM - 7 AM
- Excellent communication skills for patient interactions
