Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and other warehouse machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
- General Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
- Documentation: Ability to read and interpret basic shipping labels and logs.
