- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers of unresolved issues.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and data privacy guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, or Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
