- Generate daily productivity reports and maintain audit trails
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary CRM tools efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
