- Accurately input, verify, and update customer records in CRM systems
- Process high-volume transactional data with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Perform quality audits on existing datasets
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience
