Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in company databases and CRM systems
- Verify and reconcile data discrepancies using quality control protocols
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to confidentiality standards
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and audit trails
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handovers
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software for document processing
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance requirements for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience with proven accuracy rate
- Proficient in typing 45+ WPM with 10,000+ keysturkey accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Strong problem-solving skills for data anomaly resolution
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Reliable transportation for on-site shifts (Tuesday-Saturday 10PM-6AM)
