Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Verify and cross-reference information for completeness and accuracy
- Process and document incoming data from various sources following established protocols
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly data reports as required
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through research and collaboration
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
- Adhere to all data privacy regulations and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry systems or ERP software
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Available to work night shift (10 PM - 6 AM) with reliable transportation
