Qualifications

- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for students.
