Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Resolve technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to clients.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while supporting diverse clientele.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Students Welcome: High school diploma or currently enrolled in college/university.
- Must be available to work night shifts (evenings and weekends) consistently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows/Mac OS) and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
