Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating.
- Document detailed case notes and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless communication and workflow continuity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to all quality assurance standards and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
