Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5 PM - 1 AM or 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.
