Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages to resolve issues and answer questions regarding our products and services.
- Issue Management: Log and track all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for future reference.
- Process Orders: Assist customers with placing new orders, processing returns, and managing account changes efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to management when necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to all company policies and performance standards to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team and other departments to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Schedule: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends on a rotational basis.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy, typing skills, and proficiency with CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
