Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during evening/night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Monitor inventory systems and process shipments using RF scanners
- Train and supervise 3-5 part-time associates during shift
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Resolve operational issues using digital communication tools
- Generate shift reports and productivity metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Availability for 20-30 hours weekly including weekends
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
