Responsibilities
- Manage customer transactions and provide exceptional service during overnight hours
- Monitor store security and implement safety protocols
- Process inventory shipments and maintain organized stockrooms
- Execute merchandising resets and visual standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash management
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues and assist with store upkeep
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Enrolled in high school, college, or vocational program preferred
- Basic math and communication skills required
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail experience a plus but not required
- Valid ID and social security card for onboarding
