Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise deliveries
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers in organized layouts
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom areas
- Operate pallet jacks and inventory management systems
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4 AM - 12 PM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
