Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise with efficiency and accuracy
- Stock shelves and displays following inventory management protocols
- Ensure pricing and promotional signs are correctly placed
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Adhere to all safety and company policies during operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory tasks
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
