Responsibilities
- Execute daily packaging and sorting tasks with precision and speed.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on all outgoing products to ensure standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately logging stock movements and discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, conveyor belts) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work hours and data entry.
