Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package shipments using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain inventory counts and documentation with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Resolve routine operational issues with minimal supervision
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Availability to work 20-25 hours weekly (evening shifts 6 PM-2 AM, weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Background check and drug screen required post-offer
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
