Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to transfer materials and communicate order requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse management systems.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
