Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during peak evening hours
- Monitor venue security and ensure guest safety protocols
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability between 10 PM - 6 AM
- Basic computer literacy and POS experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Nevada state ID or driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
