Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the night
- Generate and distribute daily operational reports to management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service
- Address guest concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction standards
- Perform light administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proficient with basic computer systems and hotel management software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible evening/night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
