- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for new features and code changes.
- Performance Optimization: Assist in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability for future growth.
- UI/UX Support: Work closely with the design team to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in software development or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one backend language (Python, Java, or Node.js).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, version control systems, and agile development methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
