Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printer setups and network connectivity.
- Manage and maintain the IT inventory, ensuring accurate records of all assets.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement software updates and security patches.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi) and hardware components.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
