Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist employees with account access, password resets, and email configuration.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system.
- Conduct regular system updates and security patches on workstations.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to optimize office network performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) is a plus.
