- Provide tier-1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of office workstations and network peripherals.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of assets.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.

Qualifications
