- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to improve service delivery.
- Ensure the office environment remains secure and IT resources are well-organized.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (IT, Computer Science, or related field) or recently graduated.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently during evening and weekend shifts.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation (if required for on-site support).
