Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone and email.
- Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting and installation.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform regular data backups and system updates.
- Install and configure workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical issues and resolutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access.
