Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal users in a timely manner.
- Manage IT inventory and assist with equipment setup and configuration.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base system.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person support.
- Assist with network connectivity and security awareness training.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
