- Assist employees and students with password resets, email configurations, and network access.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and incidents in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement software updates and security patches.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure they are tech-ready.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
