Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for internal staff and external clients via phone and email.
- Monitor and maintain server performance during scheduled weekend maintenance windows.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network peripherals.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user feedback in our centralized knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to implement new software updates and security patches.
- Conduct regular system checks to ensure data integrity and optimal system performance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational basis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
