- Operate hotel management systems (PMS)
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Valid NV work permit if applicable
