Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain visual standards to attract customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stockroom organization.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies professionally.
- Clean and sanitize work areas to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 16 years of age (18 for alcohol handling if applicable).
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
