Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders promptly to customers using personal vehicle or provided equipment
- Maintain exceptional customer service during all interactions
- Follow optimized routes using our GPS navigation app
- Verify order accuracy and maintain food safety standards
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Track deliveries and update status in real-time via mobile app
- Resolve delivery issues proactively with customers
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle (model year 2005 or newer) or access to a bike/scooter
- Smartphone with GPS and data plan
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic smartphone proficiency for our delivery app
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must pass background check and drug screening
