Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Sort, scan, and package shipments according to quality standards
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company security procedures
- Assist in loading/unloading operations with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Flexible availability for weekend evenings (Friday-Sunday 6PM-6AM)
- Previous warehouse/forklift certification a plus but not required
