Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to attendees
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve guest inquiries
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned event areas
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hours continuously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility with weekend and evening availability
- Basic knowledge of Portland landmarks a plus
- Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environments
