Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to event attendees
- Set up, manage, and break down event spaces according to venue requirements
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes efficiently
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution
- Enforce venue policies and safety protocols during all events
- Assist with crowd control and maintain orderly guest flow
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Reliable transportation to various Richmond event venues
