Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening check-ins and check-outs
- Manage front desk operations including reservations and payment processing
- Prepare and maintain clean, inviting common areas
- Assist with light housekeeping duties in guest rooms and public spaces
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless operations
- Uphold safety and security protocols throughout the evening
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Available for evening shifts (typically 4 PM - 10 PM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy (reservation systems preferred)
