Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and high-energy demeanor.
- Assist with event registration, ticket scanning, and check-in processes efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the event duration.
- Direct attendees to various zones, stages, or facilities as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and politely.
- Assist with event setup, tear-down, and logistics when required.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
