Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and VIPs with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Assist with event registration, check-in processes, and distribution of badges or materials.
- Manage crowd flow and provide guidance to attendees to ensure a smooth experience.
- Collaborate closely with event coordinators and vendors to troubleshoot issues and adapt to changing schedules.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event areas, including furniture arrangement and signage placement.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the event venue.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
