Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and event support at venues including Power & Light District, Arrowhead Stadium, and Kansas Convention Center
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and crowd control with professionalism
- Assist with setup/teardown of event spaces including tents, stages, and décor
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with venue teams and vendors for seamless event execution
- Maintain safety standards and emergency protocols
- Support promotional activities and brand ambassadorship
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass basic background check
- Availability for at least 3 events per month
